AIPP and ORB International partnership offers greater trade access to property buyers
London-based AIPP, international division of the UK's No. 1 trade association group, NFOPP, has partnered with ORB International, North & South American property marketing specialist, to offer AIPP members and ORB International affiliates greater access to property buyers.
The AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals), recently welcomed an enthusiastic U.S Realtor delegation to London, led by NYSE-listed Lennar Homes, organised by ORB International out of their Miami office. The occasion was to attend the March property show of A Place in the Sun in London and to address over 100 AIPP members at a private function.
The US delegates trip was such a success with professional and personal bonds forged, that AIPP have agreed to give ORB International exclusive representation in the USA, Canada, Mexico, South and Central America. In return, AIPP will promote ORB International' suite of property marketing services to AIPP members in the UK, wider Europe and through its business development activities in Russia and the Middle East, in particular.
ORB International will promote the AIPP through its network, with membership starting at just $150 a year for U.S Realtors.
AIPP membership offers U.S Realtors:
- Networking with like-minded British, U.S (and other country) real estate professionals wanting to refer buyers to a U.S Realtor
- Listing in the AIPP Buyers Guide "How to Buy Overseas Property Safely"
- Listing in AIPP online Directory, used by consumers & real estate professionals to identify agents and potential partners
- Complimentary subscription to Overseas Property Professional (OPP) magazine mailed direct
- Use of AIPP London offices in Westminster to meet partners, clients & hot-desk
- Monthly AIPP e-newsletter with latest industry updates, news & views, partner opportunities
AIPP membership is also open to non-Realtors and further details can be found on the AIPP website at www.aipp.org.uk and www.Orbint.com.
Peter Robinson, MD of the AIPP, states "It was a real pleasure to meet the kindred spirits at ORB International in London through President & CEO, Justine Assal and Director, Dominic Pickering. I am confident this partnership will set all parties to it along a very positive road of cooperation, helping to bridge the gap between professional standards in both countries and capitalizing the resurgent USA destination market here in the UK and Europe. I look forward to bringing our highly popular AIPP networking event format to the U.S and other territories soon - a winning cross between Dragon's Den and Speed Dating."
Justine Assal, President and CEO of ORB International states "Much of Orb’s focus is on the connection of real estate professionals internationally in a manner that promotes an agreed code of conduct and best business practices. For this reason, it was apparent from our first conversation with AIPP that by partnering, we could really help to forge a business environment whereby professionals can connect. We are honoured to take this industry brand and association into the Americas.”
